- 200grams dark chocolate, chopped
- 200 grams diced butter
- 4 whole eggs at room temperature
- 200 grams cane sugar
- 1 /2 vanilla bean
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoon flour
Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius degrees. Line a rectangular baking tin with greaseproof paper.
Combine the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring often, until we become smooth. Remove the pan from heat and let cool slightly.
In another bowl beat the eggs and mix them with the cane sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. After mix in the chocolate mixture gradually.
Pour the dough into the baking tin and bake it for about 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
