The dark chocolate is the key ingredient of this recipe! It can flavor this dessert in an exceptional way and it blends perfectly with the brandy, the muscovado dark cane sugar and the khaki fruits. These ones are round, firm and fleshy, these fruits have a delicious sweet taste, but their taste is damped by a splash of lemon in the recipe . So it contrasts and gives freshness to the sugary flavor of these wonderful fruits. For this reason I’ve decided to serve the cake with a delicate fresh sauce. So? What are you waiting for? Fasten the apron and follow the recipe step by step to create this gorgeous cake!
